Ruel Cooper - Vice President of Oil and Gas Marketing
Ruel oversees all of the physical trading and operations for both natural gas and crude oil for Devlar. Ruel has over 10 years of trading and operations experience. Ruel is a Series 3 Registered AP with the National Futures Association. Ruel started his career with Aquila in Kansas City, trading both physical and financial gas. Before moving to Devlar, Ruel was with Select Natural Gas in Denver. Ruel helped start Devlar in April of 2005.

Greg Zuercher - Director of Sales & Marketing
Greg’s extensive knowledge of financial instruments helps Devlar offer flexible pricing solutions to its customer base. Greg works closely with producers and end-users to evaluate transportation and storage options. Greg helps producers negotiate gas gathering contracts and gas service agreements and then continues as agent in order to manage imbalances and nominations. He has 15 years of swaps, futures, and options experience and speaks regularly at industry events on risk management and physical gas marketing. Prior to joining DTC in 2003, Greg managed the 24-hour Institutional Trading Desk with R.J. O’Brien in Chicago. Greg is a Series 3 Registered AP and Series 30 Registered Branch Office Manager with the National Futures Association. Greg graduated from Michigan State University with a B.A. in Finance.

Kara Cooper - Manager of Gas Operations
Kara has comprehensive knowledge of the gas industry and physical operations. She began her career in the energy industry in 2001 with Aquila and has since worked for Shell Trading and Ikun Energy. Kara graduated from the University of Arizona.

Michael DeVooght - Partner of Financial Trading
Michael DeVooght is the President of DEVO Capital Management and of DEVO Trading & Consulting (DTC), a partner in Devlar Energy Marketing, LLC. With more than 25 years of experience in the futures industry, Mike has been a guest columnist with the Denver Post and is the author of numerous trade journal articles. He has also been a featured speaker at hedging and energy marketing seminars.
